Once your purchase has been completed, our team will be in touch to arrange a suitable date and time for you to come into the studio and complete your InBody test. The test itself is quick, simple, and non-invasive, and will be administered by the uniti team in-studio. The InBody Scale provides insight into more than just your weight. It gives you a breakdown of key body composition markers such as skeletal muscle mass, body fat mass, body fat percentage, visceral fat level, BMI, total body water, protein, minerals, segmental lean and fat analysis, your InBody score, and suggested body composition targets.
Understanding your body composition can be incredibly helpful, because weight alone does not always give the full picture. Two people can be the same height and weight, but have very different levels of muscle, body fat, and visceral fat. Your InBody results give you a more detailed snapshot of what your body is made up of, so you can better understand your starting point and track changes over time.
After completing your purchase, you will receive access to a digital results interpretation guide. This file includes a video where our registered dietician, Carly Seager, explains how to read and understand your own InBody results. Please make sure to watch this video once your test has been completed, as it will help guide you through the different sections of your results sheet.
