bounti PULSE Beginner/Intermediate gives you the perfect introduction to BOTH rebounding and barre-inspired movement in one beautifully balanced class! The first half of the session focuses on accessible rebounding cardio and strength work, helping you build confidence, coordination, and fitness at a comfortable pace before transitioning into gentle barre-inspired floor work using the rebounder as a makeshift barre. This class blends the uplifting, low-impact benefits of rebounding with the controlled toning, pulsing, and postural work of barre in a way that feels supportive, energising, and beginner-friendly. Expect a workout that strengthens, sculpts, and leaves you feeling longer, stronger, and beautifully accomplished!
