Your Guide to Every Class at uniti Studios…

Updated: Mar 13

And Why Each One Will Make You Feel Stronger, Happier, and More Connected to Your Body!

What Makes Each Class Special, and How to Choose the Right One for You

One of the things I’m most proud of about uniti studios is that we didn’t build it around a single workout style. Instead, we built it around a philosophy: movement that challenges you, strengthens you, and respects your body at the same time!

If you’ve followed me for a while, you’ll know that low-impact, high-reward movement has always been at the heart of what I believe in! Your body thrives when exercise is intelligent, varied, and sustainable. When you mix strength, cardio, mobility, coordination, and recovery-focused work in the right way, you create workouts that not only produce results, but also support longevity.

That’s exactly why the class schedule at uniti looks the way it does! Each style has its own personality, its own focus, and its own benefits. Some are fiery and fast-paced, others are controlled and precise, and some are deeply grounding. Together, they create a well-rounded movement experience that allows you to train consistently without burning out your body.

So if you’ve ever wondered which class is right for you, here’s a deeper look at every format we offer at uniti, and what makes each one unique!

Rebounding Classes: The Heartbeat of uniti

Rebounding sits at the core of the uniti philosophy, and for good reason! Exercising on a rebounder creates a unique combination of strength, cardiovascular work, and balance training while remaining far gentler on the joints than traditional high-impact exercise.

The unstable surface absorbs between 80 and 90% of the force that would normally travel through the knees, hips, and spine during jumping or running. At the same time, the constant micro-adjustments required to stabilise your body activate deep core muscles and smaller stabilisers that are often overlooked in traditional workouts!

Many people also love rebounding for its ability to stimulate lymphatic circulation and improve coordination and balance. But beyond the science, it feels joyful… The rhythm of bouncing taps into something playful and uplifting that most adults don’t experience in their workouts anymore!

Within our rebounding category, however, there are several different styles, each with its own focus and energy…

bounti Beginner / Intermediate

This class is the perfect introduction to rebounding and remains a favourite even for more experienced clients because of its beautifully balanced structure! The movements are designed to feel accessible while still delivering a full-body workout. You’ll bounce, strengthen, and engage your core through a combination of rhythmic cardio intervals and resistance exercises.

What makes this class particularly special is that it includes layered progressions.

If you’re new, you can keep things simple and build confidence. If you’ve been bouncing for a while, you can increase intensity and complexity. The result is a session that leaves you energised, strong, and surprisingly accomplished!

bounti Intermediate

Once you’ve found your rhythm on the rebounder, the intermediate class adds a little more spice! The movements become slightly more dynamic, requiring greater coordination and balance. Movements flow together more quickly, and the strength elements become more challenging. You’ll likely find your heart rate rising more consistently as the sequences build momentum.

It’s the kind of class that reminds you how capable your body is, especially when you allow yourself to step outside your comfort zone!

bounti BURN

If you enjoy the deep muscular burn that comes from barre or sculpt-style workouts, this class will quickly become a favourite! bounti BURN focuses on high-repetition movements and small pulsing actions that target specific muscle groups. The rebounder acts as both a support and a challenge, creating instability that forces your muscles to work harder to maintain control, as well as an added cardio element. Lighter weights are often incorporated, and the tempo keeps your muscles under tension for longer periods.

The burn can be intense, but it’s paired with a sense of rhythm and flow that keeps the class enjoyable! It’s one of those workouts where you feel muscles awakening that you didn’t even realise were there.

bounti STRONG

Where BURN is about high reps and pulses, bounti STRONG shifts the focus toward slower, more deliberate strength work! In this class, the rebounder becomes a platform for controlled resistance exercises. Heavier weights are often introduced, and movements are performed at a slower pace so you can truly engage deeper muscle layers. The emphasis is on quality of movement and mind-muscle connection rather than speed.

You’ll focus on stabilising your body, controlling the bounce, and generating strength from the inside out. By the end of the session, muscles feel deeply worked in the most satisfying way.

bounti HIIT

HIIT stands for High Intensity Interval Training, and this class is designed for efficiency.

Instead of maintaining a steady pace, you’ll move through short bursts of explosive effort followed by quick recovery periods. On the rebounder, this creates a dynamic workout that challenges both muscular strength and cardiovascular endurance!

The intervals keep things interesting because the effort constantly changes...

One moment you’re powering through a high-energy sequence, the next you’re resetting before the next push. It’s fast, fiery, and perfect for anyone who loves a workout that flies by.

bounti FLOW GRIT

This class introduces a slightly different concept within rebounding! Instead of repeating simple movements throughout the session, you gradually build a flowing sequence. The instructor teaches sections of a sequence of complex rebounding moves part by part, starting with the right side of the body, then moving on to the left… Allowing you to learn and refine each piece before connecting them all together.

By the end of the class, you’re performing the full routine from right to left in a smooth, rhythmic flow. It almost feels like a dance on the rebounder, combining cardio endurance with coordination, memory and mental focus. The class typically finishes with strength work, ensuring your muscles get the attention they deserve too!

bounti EXPRESS

Life gets busy, and sometimes you simply don’t have time for a full-length class. That’s where bounti EXPRESS comes in! This session condenses the key elements of a rebounding workout into a shorter timeframe.

You’ll still experience cardio bouncing, strength elements, and core activation, but in a more compact format. It’s perfect for those days when your schedule is tight but you still want to prioritise movement!

bounti PILATES

One of the most unique classes on the schedule is bounti PILATES, which blends 2 incredibly effective movement styles! The class typically begins with a gentle rebounding warm-up to elevate the heart rate and activate the body. From there, the workout alternates between mat Pilates sequences and energising bounce intervals!

This combination creates a beautifully balanced session. Pilates brings precision, core control, and sculpting strength, while rebounding adds cardiovascular stimulation and lymphatic support. The constant shift between the 2 keeps the body engaged and the workout feeling fresh. It truly is the best of both worlds.

Floor-Based Classes: Strength Without the Impact

Not every powerful workout needs a bounce! Our floor-based classes at uniti are designed to deliver deep strength, stability, and mobility while remaining just as gentle on the joints as our rebounding sessions.

These classes focus on controlled, intentional movement performed on the mat, allowing you to build muscular strength, refine alignment, and improve flexibility without high-impact stress on the body. By combining elements of Pilates, sculpting, and yoga-inspired mobility, they complement our rebounding offering beautifully, helping you develop balanced strength, better posture, and a deeper connection to your body.

Mat Pilates: Precision and Deep Strength

This class honours the classic Pilates tradition. Pilates is famous for its ability to strengthen the body from the inside out! It focuses heavily on core stability, posture, alignment, and controlled movement. Unlike workouts that rely on momentum, Pilates emphasises slow, intentional muscle activation! This makes it incredibly effective for developing deep stabilising muscles and improving overall movement quality.

Movements are performed on the mat and focus on connecting breath, posture, and muscle control. You’ll work through sequences that challenge the core, improve alignment, and strengthen stabilising muscles throughout the body. Many people leave their first Pilates class amazed at how much work such controlled movements can create!

While the Beginner/Intermediate version of this class is slightly more basic (focusing on fundamentals, with lighter weights and a slightly slower pace), the intermediate version builds on these same foundations and introduces more challenging variations. The pace is slightly quicker, the resistance increases, and movements require greater strength and coordination. While the principles remain the same, the burn deepens and the challenge intensifies!

Pilates SCULPT Beginner / Intermediate

Pilates SCULPT takes traditional Pilates and layers in sculpting elements! Light weights and controlled pulses are introduced to create additional resistance. These small, precise movements activate deep muscle fibres and encourage long, lean muscle tone. The experience feels both graceful and powerful at the same time!

Once again, we offer a Beginner/Intermediate version of this class, as well as a more challenging Intermediate version. The intermediate class takes everything you love about SCULPT and turns the intensity up slightly. Heavier weights may be used, the pace increases, and the sequences become more challenging. Muscular endurance is tested while maintaining the elegance and precision that Pilates is known for!

Regardless of the intensity you choose, it’s a class that leaves you feeling both strong and beautifully aligned.

Yoga: Movement Guided by Breath

While many of our classes focus on strength and conditioning, our Yoga Flow sessions introduce a different kind of challenge; linking breath to movement and creating a flowing sequence of gentle poses that build strength, flexibility, and mental calm. The rhythm of inhaling and exhaling guides the body through transitions, helping you stay present and connected to the moment.

Over time, this practice improves mobility, reduces stress, and supports overall balance in the body! It’s the perfect complement to more intense training sessions.

MOVE: A Celebration of Movement!

Finally, we have a class that breaks away from traditional fitness formats entirely! MOVE is a music-driven experience that encourages you to explore movement in a freer, more expressive way. Rather than focusing on strict choreography or perfect technique, the emphasis is on reconnecting with your body’s natural rhythm.

You’ll stretch, strengthen, and sweat while moving in ways that feel joyful and liberating. It’s a reminder that exercise doesn’t always have to be structured or serious... Sometimes, the most powerful thing you can do is simply move and enjoy it!

Why Variety Matters…

One of the most important principles behind uniti is that no single workout can do everything! Your body benefits from variety and incorporating a little bit of everything:

·      Strength training builds muscle and bone density.

·      Cardio supports heart health.

·      Pilates improves posture and stability.

·      Yoga enhances flexibility and nervous system balance.

By mixing different class styles throughout the week, you give your body a more complete, effective and sustainable training experience! Not to mention, you’ll never get bored.

The uniti Philosophy

At the heart of every class at uniti is a simple belief: you don’t need to destroy your body to transform it! Movement should strengthen you, energise you, and support you for the long term. It should help you feel capable, confident, and connected to your body rather than exhausted and depleted.

That’s the ethos behind every bounce, pulse, stretch, and flow inside the studio… And we can’t wait for you to experience it for yourself!
